In 1999, Steve relocated to Missoula, Montana and continued studying photography at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography. He soon developed a strong passion for web design and computer graphics. In 2000, he earned his Certified Internet Webmaster and I-Net Plus certifications from New Horizons Computer Training Center.
Steve started Suloff Designs in 2000 as a part-time venture that began with the creation of an on-line gallery for artist, Kip Herring a.k.a. Arthur Airin. In 2001, he also began teaching computer skills as a Photoshop Instructor at New Horizons.
After relocating to the Adirondacks in 2001, Steve continued his computer and graphic design education by completing a 2-year certificate in Web Design through Sessions.Edu. In 2003, he taught computer training courses for North Country Community College’s Center for Lifelong Learning. Suloff Designs continued to grow and expand, so Steve went full-time with the business in 2004.
